Schedule

The live course will be held at Hampton Inn and Suites Amelia Island-Historic Harbor Front, located at 19 S 2nd St, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 on April 7-11, 2025. The course is held Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. A group rate is offered by calling in directly to the hotel at (904) 491-4911. This group rate expires February 11, 2025.

Materials

All in-person students will receive:

  • A seat in the live course
  • Printed study guides covering all above topics and all equations on ABHP formula sheet
  • Comprehensive solutions for problems covering all above topics. Problems derive from past ABHP exams (1996 to 2001). The problems have been analyzed and rearranged from their original forms, grouped by topic, and progressively get more difiicult. These are also delivered to incorporate topics previously worked throughout the course.  Math solutions are fully worked with no skipped intermediate steps and all units retained until cancelled.
  • Certificate of completion (if requested)
  • Live course is approved for up 37 hours continuing education credits/units for ABHP re-certification. The preapproval lookup code is 2024-07-02-440.

All online students will receive:

  • Access to all pre-recorded lectures beginning February 1st of the examination year until the date of Part II examination for that year.
  • Printed study guides covering all above topics and all equations on ABHP formula sheet.
  • Comprehensive solutions for problems covering all above topics. Problems derive from past ABHP exams (1996 to 2001). These are arranged by topic and progressively get more dificult. These are also delivered to incorporate topics previously worked. Math solutions are fully worked with no skipped intermediate steps and all units retained until cancelled.

What Happens After I Order?

All students will receive an email within 24-48 hours with supplemental course information and instructions relevant to their course selection, whether live or online.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For the in-person course, cancellation for any reason will result in full refund up to 30 days before course offering, with 50% refund up to 14 days before course offering. Within 14 days, no refund is permitted for cancellation of any reason and the in-person course will be converted to an online course with access permitted until date of Part II examination.

For the online course, no refunds are permitted after an order is processed (typically within 24-48 hours) as course materials will be created and delivered, and online course access will be granted.

Any course cancellation due to circumstances beyond Deep Well's control such as government action due to a disease outbreak or pandemic, war, act of God, or other peril, requires access or delivery of course materials with no other refund or obligation.
